This policy explains what personal data Grupo ESW, C.A. (“Esto es Web”) processes through this site, and why.

Who is responsible

Grupo ESW, C.A., owner of the Esto es Web brand and the estoesweb.com domain. You can write to the email address on our contact page about anything related to your data.

What we collect

What you send us. When you write via the contact form, email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we process the data in that message: usually your name, how to reach you, and whatever you want to tell us. We use it only to reply and, if we end up working together, to manage that relationship.

Browsing data. We measure site usage to learn which content is useful, with two tools:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personally identifying data.
• Google Analytics 4, which does use cookies. It only runs if you accept it in the cookie notice, and you can change your mind at any time.

Basis and retention

We process your contact data because you wrote to us and expect a reply, and we keep it for as long as that conversation or the resulting business relationship lasts. Analytics data follows each tool’s own retention periods.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over personal data. It is only processed by the providers that keep the site running: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and, when you use the form, the email delivery provider. Google Analytics processes browsing data under its own terms.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its processing. Write to us and we will reply.

Cookies

This site works without cookies except those set by Google Analytics if you consent, plus a local preference remembering whether you chose the light or dark theme. That preference stays in your browser and never reaches us.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date shown at the top.
